Vlad, founder of Peligrad Law, is a distinguished litigator, arbitrator and a legal expert with a focus on corporate and M&A, construction & infrastructure, public acquisition, restructuring and insolvency.
He acted as leading litigator in various complex domestic and international litigation cases and arbitration cases in front of LCIA, ICC, VIAC, CICA, BIAC and he is listed as arbitrator with CICA, BIAC and VIAC.
Vlad has a PhD in law and over 13 years of academic background as former assistant professor at the law School of the Bucharest university.
Vlad has spent over 23 years with top international law firms, as head of litigation practice of a Big4 Law firm and a Magic Circle law firm.

Sabrina has extensive experience in various business sectors, including real estate, retail, healthcare, e-commerce, agricultural and financial services.​ She has more than 10 years of experience in commercial law and she advised numerous foreign and Romanian investors, acquiring significant experience in structuring and executing complex transactions. Her expertise covers the entire transactional cycle, from legal due diligence investigations, to transaction structuring, negotiating the transaction documents and assisting throughout transaction closing.​
